Handling Projects with Ease
Closing the deal with client can be a difficult task if you can’t handle many projects at the same time. For our client to entrust their important project to you, you are required to communicate intensely and to maintain project details. It could be a daunting job if you happen to manage a totally different type of business. What we really need is a system that able to simplify our life, a system that allow you to be more energized and process oriented with your clients.
At some time in a year, I manage about 10 - 15 active projects at a time. Of course, If I want to earn more money, I would have to get some more! But how can I do that? No one is immune to job misery. Thus, I want to be ready for it when the time has come.
I’m not very good dealing with project management software. I consider myself as an early adopter. Once I decided to use one, I would like to see the productivity gains as soon as possible. But still, I would like to keep everything simple. I need software to help me save managers and administrator critical time. I read journal, and learn that this need can be fulfilled with using dashboard. It usually acts as the command center for all administrator’s activities.
Milestone and to do’s are quite a common feature. I want something more. Therefore, I might need a time tracking utility which is very valuable to help me keep an eye on labor expenses. And I would be very happy to find a project management software that can facilitate that. Now that I heard about the application from a friend. I think it’s time for me to get new project management software.
